Cancellation Policy

At Heritage Dhaka, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Before accepting any delivery, customers are strongly encouraged to carefully check the product in front of the delivery personnel.

Once the product has been received and accepted from the delivery person, no cancellation, return, or exchange request will be accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Important Delivery Policy

Please inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery. Customers should verify:

• Correct item received
• Size and variation
• Visible damage or issues

After the delivery is completed and the delivery personnel leaves, the order will be considered fully accepted by the customer.

No Cancellation After Acceptance

Heritage Dhaka does not accept:

• Order cancellation after delivery acceptance
• Return requests for personal preference changes
• Exchange requests after product acceptance
• Refund requests after successful delivery completion

We request all customers to check the product properly before confirming delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product
